I would like to see for Db autobackuper possibility to backup data without appearance settings Miranda NG: it would be easier to change skins for the program.

This is not simply possible as db_autobackups copies whole profile file, it does not extract settings separately.
Perhaps you might use RPS (RemovePersonalSettings) plugin where you can set what should be deleted from DB and then with one click delete such data. With combination of exporting manually appearance settings via DbEditor++ and importing it e.g. automatically via autoexec_*.ini (see mirandaboot.ini) at starup or manually later.
Also, watcher is using some method for changing skins on the fly – with use of MirLua (or previously ActMan). You can ask on our forums for more info.
