Miranda NG as a Web Feature and/or design for Linux.
Miranda NG for a linux platform or/and Miranda NG as a Interface system for the browser with support the miranda database and most wanted plugins (such like trillian)
Native Linux/Mac version is not possible (requires rewriting whole Miranda), so I’m closing this.
But I’m thinking about creating a plugin for remote access/control of running Miranda over http protocol. Similar to Foobar2000’s httpserver component. Feel free to vote on that feature request if you like ( http://miranda-ng.uservoice.com/forums/250387-general/suggestions/6133785-remote-controlling-of-miranda ).

Here is source code for that Foobar2000's component: http://code.google.com/p/foo-httpcontrol/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Ffoo_httpcontrol%2Fsrc
Maybe eventually we could use some parts of it (http server implementation) and just add Miranda's API.
Would this suit your request, Anonymous? :-)

Actually having web interface for controlling running Miranda would be possible. Foobar2000 has similar plugin and on it is based mobile application for remote controling. So it could make sense and be useful. Lets think about it...

Doing Miranda NG for Linux is impossible without rewriting large parts of it. Same for the browser version.
